Common questions
Are your ready meals gluten-free?+
Every ready meal on our menu is gluten-free except naan breads and lasagne — both clearly flagged on the pack. The rest of the kitchen uses no wheat thickeners, no flour-based roux, no soy sauce shortcuts.
Are they frozen or chilled?+
Chilled, never frozen. They arrive at 0–4°C and last 14–17 days in the fridge. Heat in the microwave in 4 minutes — no defrost, no soggy texture.
What's in a typical ready meal?+
Slow-cooked curries, grilled tikkas and kebabs, dals, paneer dishes and biryanis. Full macros (protein, carbs, fat, calories) printed on every pack, plus a full allergen panel.
Are they suitable for coeliacs?+
Our HACCP-audited kitchen runs gluten-containing items (naan, lasagne) on separate lines but isn't a fully dedicated gluten-free facility. If you're strictly coeliac, the allergen panel on each pack confirms what's safe.
How big are the portions?+
Single-serve trays around 350–400g — generous for one, ideal for portion control. Family-size trays available for sharing.
