All meals from Sona's Kitchen are prepared fresh in our HACCP-approved kitchen at Arndell Park, NSW and shipped chilled (never frozen) using insulated boxes with food-grade ice packs to maintain a cold-chain of 0–4°C in transit.

Where we deliver

Sydney metro: Same-week refrigerated delivery via our partner BeCool.
NSW regional, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA: Express overnight via cold-chain courier.
WA, TAS, NT: Available for some postcodes — enter your postcode at checkout to confirm.

Order cut-offs & lead times

Orders placed by Sunday 11:59pm AEST are dispatched the following Monday–Wednesday for delivery later that week.
Sydney metro: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Interstate metro: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Interstate regional: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your box leaves our kitchen.

Shipping costs

Standard chilled shipping starts at $15 (varies by destination and box size).
Free shipping on orders over $150 (Australia-wide).
Subscribers receive discounted or free shipping depending on plan.

Receiving your delivery

You don't need to be home — couriers will leave your box in a safe place at the address provided. Our insulated packaging keeps meals safely chilled for up to 12 hours after delivery, but we recommend refrigerating them as soon as possible.

If you'd like specific delivery instructions (e.g. "leave behind side gate"), add them at checkout in the delivery notes field.

Damaged, missing or late shipments

We stand behind every box. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or warm to the touch, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will replace the affected meals or refund you — your choice. See our Refund Policy for full details.
