Do you support NDIS participants?+
Yes. We deliver chef-made, chilled ready meals to NDIS participants Australia-wide. Eligible participants can claim the meal preparation and delivery portion of each order under their NDIS plan — see the NDIS price guide for the current eligible amount per meal.
Which NDIS plan management types do you work with?+
We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. Self-managed participants pay at checkout and claim through the portal; plan-managed participants can have invoices sent directly to their plan manager.
How does NDIS funding work for meals?+
The NDIS funds the preparation and delivery portion of each meal (not the ingredient cost). On a $12.90 meal, the eligible NDIS-funded portion is typically around $9.03, with the participant paying the ingredient component (~$3.87). Exact amounts follow the latest NDIS price guide.
