Is it fresh or frozen?+
Always chilled, never frozen. Blast-chilled to 0–4 °C within 90 minutes of cooking and shipped in insulated cold-chain liners. Stays good 14–17 days refrigerated from arrival.
How do I heat it?+
Microwave on high for 3–4 minutes from chilled, stirring halfway, or warm in a saucepan over low heat for 5–6 minutes. Ready to eat in about 4 minutes.
How is it delivered?+
Overnight refrigerated courier to metro postcodes, 48-hour chilled service to most regional areas. Every parcel is temperature-tracked; if the cold chain breaks, the parcel is refunded automatically.
