Every meat dish is Halal-certified end-to-end — no pork on premises, no alcohol in any sauce, no shared equipment with non-Halal lines. Chilled, not frozen — the premium standard
The freezer is what separates supermarket premium from restaurant premium. Frozen splits emulsions, dulls aromatics and turns dal chalky. Blast-chilling to 0–4 °C locks the dish in the state it left the pass. That's why we ship chilled and refuse to compromise on it, even at the cost of freight.

Three things: the cook (a trained chef, not a factory line), the ingredients (whole spices, cultured dairy, hand-butchered proteins) and the preservation (blast-chilled, never frozen, no preservatives). Sona's Kitchen meals pass all three.
How is Sona's different from supermarket premium ranges like Coles Finest or Woolworths Gold?+
Supermarket premium is still factory-made, frozen or long-life, and formulated for shelf stability. Ours is small-batch, chilled and made to be eaten within two weeks. The recipes come from a restaurant, not a food-science lab.
How is Sona's different from Marley Spoon, HelloFresh or Dinnerly?+
Meal kits give you a box of ingredients and 30 minutes of cooking. We give you the finished meal, cooked properly, reheated in four minutes. Same quality as a good Indian restaurant; less than half the time of a kit.
