How the cold chain actually works
Sunday night cut-off. Cooking Monday–Tuesday. Blast-chill to 0–4 °C Tuesday evening. Overnight refrigerated courier Wednesday onward. Every parcel ships with a temperature indicator and tracking; if the cold chain ever breaks, we refund the parcel automatically. Meals arrive between 0–4 °C and stay good 14–17 days in your fridge.
